The industrialization of high barrier and anti migration green packaging films was checked by experts from the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. The research results of the project will help to promote the technology development of high barrier packaging film materials, reduce the import of barrier film materials and change the traditional packaging industry structure.
This project uses a magnetic field enhanced plasma chemical vapor deposition (GVD), combined with roll to roll technology, to deposit inorganic nanoscale barrier layer on the surface of plastic film, and the inorganic nano high barrier packaging film is mainly used in food and drug packaging materials with barrier properties. At present, the project has built a high barrier film production line in Beijing nanotechnology Industrial Park, which produces a high barrier film of 57 million square meters per year and an estimated output value of 300 million yuan, and the testing platform for film barrier performance is completed at the same time.
The project is a transformation project for scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities. The industrial company is composed of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, the first division group and the natural person. The total investment of the project is 120 million yuan, and the area covers an area of 18 mu.
