At present, the most widely used shrink packaging in the market is (grade classification) electronic cross linking membrane, POF, PVC. So what are the advantages and characteristics of shrinking packaging?

The shrinkage packing has the characteristics of general plastic film packaging (sealing, moistureproof, pollution prevention, etc.). The articles after packing can be stacked in the open air. In addition, it has some unique advantages.

 

(1) shrinkage packing is used to shrink film, and the shrinkage film wrapped by shrinkage film has the contractility of about 25%-70% after heating (the shrinkage rate of the crosslinked film can reach 80%). After the film is contracted, the goods can be attached and the appearance of the articles can be fully displayed.

 

(2) the shrinkage film can be used as sealed material without adhesive and pollute, and can be attached to the package by using the shrinkage film to heat and shrink. If it is used to make shrink labels and guard against theft (to prevent unsealing) bottle mouth seal. This sealing material has waterproof and resistance, and can be printed in the material, both as sealed and trademark, so that the packaged goods have a unique personality, and because it is tightly wrapped in the outside of the goods, so it can protect goods from external shocks, with a certain buffer, and can prevent ultraviolet light. When the container is used for packing, it can also prevent the container from dispersing when broken, and has certain protective properties.

 

(3) shrinkage film produces a certain tension, pulling force up to about 300MPa, using this pull force to wrap a group of goods to be wrapped tightly, so it plays the binding role of the rope and belt, especially for the collection and tray packing of many items, such as the battery, food (such as lebai's milk), and the hardware ceramics used in the market. The packaging saves central packaging, saves packaging costs, and facilitates transportation and sales.

 

(4) the tearing strength of the shrinkable film is large, and it is generally not less than 4T force per meter wide. When holes appear on the shrinkable film, it will not expand and tear open, which is beneficial to the protection of the packaging. The shrinkage packing technology and equipment are simple, easy to operate, easy to realize mechanization, save manpower and material, and can partly replace carton and wooden box packing.

 

Two, the application of shrinkage packing

 

In view of the above characteristics of shrink packaging, shrink packaging has been widely used in the following commodities.

 

(1) building materials. Sofa, glass products, tables and chairs, mattresses, tiles, ceramics, rock wool, cement, paint packaging.

 

2. Arts and crafts class. Such as plaster, vase, bag and so on,

 

Electrical appliances. Such as battery, instrument, switch and other packaging.

 

(4) hardware. Such as mechanical parts, machines, tools packaging.

 

(5) ordnance. Such as ordnance zero, components, equipment packaging.

 

Other commodities. Such as medicine, cigarette and paper and other packaging.

 

In short, apart from ammunition, film and other highly sensitive items, shrink packaging is almost suitable for all goods packaging.
