Crosslinked film manufacturer - heat shrinkable packaging -1

Heat shrinkable packaging is a packaging method used to wrap the products and packages of heat shrinkable plastic film, and then heat the film to shrink and tighten the product or package.
Section 1 thermal shrinkage packaging technology, heat shrinkable packaging technology and thermoforming and body packaging technology, were introduced into China in 70s.
With the rapid development and popularization, it is considered to be one of the three fastest developing packaging technologies in the century and a promising packaging technology.
1. The commonly used shrink film shrinkable film is the most important part of shrink packaging materials. According to the characteristics that thermoplastic plastics will recover under heating conditions,
In the process of making film from plastic raw materials, the heat shrinkable film is made by heating and stretching before cooling. The manufacturing methods of shrinkable films are divided into two types: sheet and cylinder. The thin film is first made of sheet, and then stretched along the longitudinal and transverse directions of the film, which is called the two drawing, or at the same time stretching in two directions, called one drawing; the cylindrical film is first made into a cylinder and then stretched or stretched at two times. The films suitable for heat shrinkable packaging are PE (polyethylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride), PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride), PP (polypropylene), PS (polystyrene), EVA (vinyl acetate) and ionic polymer film, etc., with the largest amount of PE film, the second is PVC, and the amount of the two accounts for about 75% of the total amount of the shrinkage film. Generally, plastic film is usually made by melt extrusion, calendering and solution casting. Heat shrinkable thin film is a thin film or cylindrical film made of this kind, and then lengthwise and transversely extend the film, so that the molecular chain or specific crystal surface of the film is parallel to the surface of the film, thus increasing the strength and transparency of the film. At the same time, when the film is extended, the film is given at a certain temperature. The extension ratio before solidification increased to 1: 4 to 1: 7 (ordinary film elongation at 1: 2), which made the film required thermal shrinkage when packaging.
In order to meet the requirements of shrink film, special process must be adopted. The cross linking film (cross linking POF) is prepared by radiation crosslinking of PE shrinkable film abroad. The purpose of electronic crosslinking is to increase the shrinkage stress and strength of the shrinkable film in addition to the destruction of the crystallization. The overall performance of the crosslinked film is increased by 20% to 50% than that of the ordinary shrinkage film.
