Adjusting the shrink device can correct some defects, but it can not be perfectly solved. To shrink the perfect products, only cross linked membranes can be selected. Crosslinking membrane, also known as POF crosslinking membrane, cross-linked shrink film, also known as imported shrink film, D9. Crosslinked films have excellent shrinkage (80%), stronger physical properties (30% higher than ordinary POF), stronger sealing and wider range of shrinkage temperature, which can solve most of the problems encountered during the contraction process.

Using crosslinked POF, atomization is seldom observed. Because the crosslinked membrane has a wider shrinkage temperature range and a high shrinkage rate. There is no need to raise the temperature to the limit of the film.
• weak sealer line
The sealing line of the shrink film is easily damaged or small holes appear.
Solution：
6. Raise the temperature of the hot sealing knife of the sealing machine
7. The height of the sealing line is not correct. The height of the sealing line should be half of the height of the package.
8. The pressure of the sealing rack is uneven, though the horizontal position of the sealing rack should be adjusted.
9, the heat sealing knife or sealing base may become dirty, clean hot sealing knife or sealing base.
10, seal the base of the insulation pad or insulation sticker damaged, can replace the heat insulation pad or insulation adhesive paste.
11, the sealing time is too short, the sealing pressure is disappeared before the sealing line is completely integrated, and the sealing time can be adjusted.
Weak seal line, generally in the larger shrinkage volume, or abnormal products appear more. Eliminating the problem of equipment, it is very difficult to shrink the ideal film. This time can only use crosslinked films. One of the most important features of crosslinked membranes is their high sealing strength. Laboratory data show that the sealing strength of crosslinked POF is even higher than that of membrane. Therefore, when shrinking large volume, abnormal shape, metal products, foreign countries will choose cross-linked membranes.
