In the list of exhibitors, Sealed Air (Global shrink packaging leader), Bemis (one of the largest manufacturers in the global package industry, the earliest manufacturer of contracting packaging in the meat field), Multivac, Oomori Chosora, and other warpage in the packaging field, has also been discovered in addition to Shuanghui, Yurun, gongs and other well-known merchants.
I found that one of the highlights of the exhibition is the application of shrink wrapping in meat products. Outsourced meat products are usually packaged in vacuum or pallets plus plastic wrap. But these two kinds of packaging are not enough. Vacuum packaging has a high degree of automation, but the current speed is relatively slow, and the cost of packaging materials is relatively high, which can not meet the increasing demand. The packaging of pallets plus preservative film is beautiful and flexible, but almost entirely manual. If automatic packaging equipment is introduced, the price of the equipment is high. Based on the above situation, the introduction of shrink packaging is logical. Automatic production of shrink packaging has been very popular and mature in the field of non food. Its characteristics are fast speed, simple packaging method, greatly reducing the cost of using. With the use of POF crosslinking membrane, perhaps meat packaging will be the next spring of shrink packaging, the next blue ocean, the next battlefield.
