Emission and control of VOCS

What is VOCs?
Organic compounds involved in atmospheric photochemical reactions or organic compounds measured or calculated according to prescribed methods.
Common VOCs: benzene series, petroleum hydrocarbon compound, organic chloride, freon series, organic ketone, amine, alcohol, ether, ester, acid and so on. (printing industry is common: esters, alcohols, ketones, benzene, etc.)
Printing industry status: the main source of VOCs emission in printing industry is the use of solvent based ink, embellish plate, adhesive, coating liquid, light oil and car wash water; printing industry VOCs emission nodes are mainly in printing, compound, coating, polishing and drying; printing enterprises mainly use adhesive printing, then gravure printing, gravure printing at present. More use of solvent type ink is the main source of VOCs emission in printing industry. At present, the management level of printing enterprises is different, and the effective terminal treatment facilities are less; the printing process of typical printing enterprises is less than 20-40%, but the NMHC emission concentration can reach 600 mg per cubic meter, typical composite and coating process emissions. The concentration of NMHC in the mouth is up to 3500 mg per cubic meter.
Plastic industry is a private economy pillar industry in the Pearl River Delta. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) will be discharged during the production or use of plastic products, which will harm the health and environment of the human body. Proper use of plastic is the key to the development of environmental sustainability. Therefore, through a comprehensive survey and monitoring of the current situation of VOCs emission in a city plastic industry in the Pearl River Delta, the VOCs emission coefficient is set up in the plastic industry, and the VOCs control measures are put forward in the plastic industry to make full preparation for the formulation of the air quality guarantee scheme in the region. The important meaning.
Guangdong Shunde klin Lin New Material Co., Ltd. mainly produces electronic cross linked membrane. The product is made from all imported raw materials and has been certified as FDA in the US. It contains no halogen and is certified by European ROSH. The production facilities are equipped with environmental protection facilities. The produced gases are recovered through low-temperature plasma purification and treated to meet the national emission standards.
